The Highway Capacity Software (HCS2000) implements the procedures defined in the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM 2000) for analyzing capacity and determining level of service (LOS) for Signalized Intersections,Freeways, Weaving Areas, Ramp Junctions, Unsignalized Intersections, Urban Streets (Arterials), Multilane Highways, Two-Lane Highways and Transit.
